Tautworks · For owner-side project teams
Monthly P6 updates, read honestly.
Tautworks Waypoint reads every monthly P6 update your contractors submit and tells you in plain words whether the project will finish on time, what changed since last month, and whether the schedule itself can be trusted. A print-ready report goes straight into the board pack.
Built for facilities directors, program managers and their project-controls staff: the questions you answer in the monthly meeting, with the method and the limits of every figure one click away.

What you get from every update
Every monthly update, read in plain words and kept as a trend.
Where each project stands
Forecast finish against the contract date, how far it moved since last month, and how much of the contract time is already gone, across every project on one page. A number that can't be computed shows as missing, never as a guess, and a change-order re-baseline is called out instead of passing for progress.
Whether the schedule can be trusted
Fourteen DCMA-style quality checks on logic, float, constraints, lags and durations, each explained in a line. Every activity behind a failing check exports to one Excel file you can send straight back to the contractor as a fix list.
What changed, and why
The activities that moved most, work that newly drives the finish date, and scope added or removed since the last update. Ask the built-in assistant anything about the schedule and it answers from the data, naming the update each fact came from.
Request access
Tell us the project and where the monthly updates come from. One XER is enough for a first read, and we will tell you what the schedule supports before anyone signs anything.
